Get Started - Three Easy Steps
  1. Request a Free RooT Fx Consultation.

  2. Schedule an appointment for your first RooT Fx Introduction session over zoom to begin creating your custom training routine which addresses your specific needs. If a followup session is needed schedule a RooT Fx Followup.

  3. Once you have developed a custom training, sign up for regular RooT Fx Training classes. All group trainings are supervised by a certified and highly trained RooT Fx instructor who will make corrections, teach mobility applications, and suggest range-of-motion and strength progressions as you improve.
