RooT Fx Foundations Classes
Who should attend Foundations Classes?
Foundations classes are for all RooT Fx and RooT Fx Tai chi students that attend Group Classes.
Foundations classes are NOT for new beginning students just starting with RooT Fx.
What are Foundations Classes?
Foundations classes are designed to use the fundamental principles that you practice during your RooT Fx Group Classes or Tai chi classes and dig deeper into what you need to do to release deep tension, increase mobility in your most rigid areas, get stronger in your weakest areas, transfer your training to your daily life and feel better and more youthful every day.
What Classes should you take? Match your sypmtoms to the class(es).
Hip Mobility: Hip, back, knee, shoulder tension. Overall body stiffness.
Neck Mobility and Shoulder Strength: Upper body stiffness/pain. Upper body weakness. Collapsed or stiff postures.
Knee Mobility and Core Strength: Knee stiffness/pain. Low back/hip stiffness. Weakness in the lower back and core.
Back Mobility and Core Strength: Back stiffness/pain. Hip stiffness. Weakness/pain in the lower back.
Hara Breath Training: Overall body tension/stress/anxiety. Shortness of breath. Holding breath. Deepening of Tai chi and Original Human Movement Training.
Hip Mobility for Tai chi: Lack of mobility/range in tai chi movements. Core stiffness during/after tai chi practice.
Hara Breathing for Tai chi: Holding too much tension during tai chi. Constant upper body tension during and after training. Deeper body connection and rooting in tai chi stances.
