THE 3 TRAINING METHODS OF RooT Fx

Tension Release Training
Tension Release Training(TRT) is a revolutionary way of exercising that releases muscle and joint tension while simultaneously increasing strength and range of motion. Tension Release Training is a way of exercising that teaches you to release tension in your joints and transform tight, rigid tissue into more functional tissue. We change your muscle tone by actively engaging tissue while consciously relaxing muscles and joints.
RooT Fx Mobility Training
RooT Fx Mobility Training is a life-changing tool that helps eliminate the source of tension and pain patterns in your body. Negative patterns can arise from repetitive use, poor posture habits developed over a lifetime, weak muscles that do not have the stamina to perform daily functions or a previous injury that is adversely affecting your body.

RooT Fx Strength Training
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE ROOTED?
Being rooted means having a strong, stable connection to the ground, much like a tree with deep roots. Imagine someone leaning their full body weight on you, but you don't budge—that’s the power of being rooted. When you're rooted, you're engaging your core and grounding through your feet, much like the trunk of a tree. Instead of relying on your joints, which can bend or break, your muscles bear the weight, offering support and stability. This functional strength and core engagement keep you steady and grounded, even in challenging situations.
In tai chi, the practice focuses on becoming more fluid and mobile, rather than holding tension in the extremities. By relaxing the joints and allowing movement through the arms, legs, hands, and feet, we cultivate flexibility and mobility. The true strength comes from the core—specifically the thighs, glutes, abs, and back muscles. Through tai chi, we build strength by rooting into our feet and connecting our movements to the core, a process known as "rooting." This foundation of core strength and stability allows for fluid, controlled movements that enhance overall flexibility and balance.
