Tai Chi is for anyone who is interested in improving their physical and mental well-being. It is a discipline that can be practiced daily. Whether you're looking to enhance balance and coordination, increase your core strength, reduce stress, increase flexibility, or simply enjoy a gentle, deceptively vigorous routine, Tai Chi can be the perfect exercise for you. This beginning class is for people who want to start learning the Yang Style Short Form of Tai Chi Chuan. You will be taken through the fundamental beginning stances and learn the first moves of the form. Once you have learned enough of the form and can practice with some proficiency(this can take from 3-5 beginning classes), you can join the online group Tai Chi Beginners classes.
