TRAIL TRAINING?
Drawing on decades of expertise in both wilderness exploration and functional fitness, Michael seamlessly blends the art of Tai Chi with functional training principles to create a transformative experience like no other.
Participants gather in the foothills of the Rockies and start with balance and core strength training and progress to core walking/hiking training. After the break, you will get to practice your training on a light hiking trail while Michael and Bri work with you. Later, more advanced hikers can venture out with Michael and Bri into more challenging trails.
From mindful breathing exercises to dynamic movements tailored for the trail, you'll uncover a deeper connection to your body and the environment around you.
