Join us for a morning of Core Walking Training in a beautiful outdoor environment. We'll do some training on the lawn and get you walking from your core. Bring a lunch and join us for a picnic on the grass afterward.

About the event
Our Core Walking Workshop will be held outside at Shoreline Park where we can observe your posture and gait, make corrections and adjustments with you until you feel connected to your core and grounded. You can practice on the paved walkway over the entire loop or for short distances by the grass.
Once you register, you will receive an email with details about what to bring and where to meet.
