Advanced Foundations
About the event
We will touch on all aspects of your training from softening, rooting, hip mobility, Hara training, specific exercises and more. All classes will focus on more advanced concepts, so the class will be by invitation only. This class will be a key addition for you as you improve and progress through your training.
