The 2026 RooT Fx Retreat will be held in the beautiful resort town of Estes Park, Colorado. Estes Park is nestled in the Rocky Mountains, just 15 minutes outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. Estes Park is an easy 90 minute drive from Denver International Airport.

About the event
Daily sessions will be held at Estes Valley Community Center, nestled in the heart of Estes Park.
Our 2026 RooT Fx Retreat will begin and end with guided hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park. The hikes(easy to moderate) will focus on dynamic Core Walking while walking on trails. Both hikes will be optional for all participants.
Whether it be at the famous Stanley Hotel, Estes Resort, an Air BnB or a charming cabin along the river, we invite you to choose whatever accommodations are the perfect fit for your stay.
Estes Park is a pleasant 90 minute drive from Denver International Airport and from most places in the Denver Metro Area.
